Mystery Shoppers
We use residents as mystery shoppers to test the quality of our customer service against agreed standards. Full training is provided. The mystery shoppers can do this by phone, e-mail, letter, or visit.
There are no Mystery Shopping opportunities available at the moment but we plan to run some in the future. Mystery shopping requires training and therefore, some more of your time. However, once trained you can take part in any mystery shopping opportunities.
Please express an interest and we will get back to you with more information about this training.
