  • Why haven’t I been awarded my points when I’ve selected an event?

    Your points will be awarded after you have attended the event.
  • What do I do if I can no longer attend an event?

    If you are unable to attend please go to your members page and select the event from your booked events. You can then cancel your attendance. This means that your space will become available for another resident.
  • How do I get feedback after an event?

    We really value you attending events and giving us your views. Once an event has taken place we will update the page for that event with details of what residents said and what we are going to do. When you go to the website you will see any events that have been updated with feedback in the ‘Feedback and Bonus events’ section on the home page. You can view events you have attended or those you were unable to attend.
  • How do I give feedback after an event?

    We want to make sure that the events we hold are at the right time, in the right location and that everyone gets the most out of them. To make sure this is the case we will ask you to rate events you’ve attended. When you go to the website you will see any events that have been updated with feedback in the ‘Feedback and Bonus events’ section on the home page. You can view events you have attended or those you were unable to attend.
  • What are Bonus events?

    We want to make sure that everyone’s voice is heard. Where we are trying to encourage attendance for an event you may see bonus points advertised. This means you will get double the points for attending.
  • How do I see events that are local to me?

    When you are on the homepage select the ‘My area only’ box and you will only see events that are local to you e.g. Cox Green, Wycombe, Basingstoke etc.
  • What happens when there are no places left for an event?

    If you want to come along but there are no places left, select ‘Express an interest’. This means that you will be added to a reserve list. We will let you know if someone cancels their attendance. If we have enough people we may look to hold another event at a different time. We will then contact you to let you know.
  • I am not the only person in my household. Can everyone collect points?

    All members of the household can collect points. Each person sets up their own account, but you all need to use the same tenancy reference number. So for example: Amy Smith is the mother of 2 children Bobby and Fiona. Amy wants to go to a focus group and Fiona wants to go to a community activity. Amy creates an account with her tenancy reference and Fiona can create her own account with the same reference number.   • How do I transfer my points if I move house?

    If you move house, please contact us so we can make sure that we transfer your points balance .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
  • How do I redeem my points for offers?

    Go to your Member page and you will see 'Our Partner Offers' to the right-hand side. Click 'View Offers' to view each of our current retail and leisure offers. When you have made your choice, click 'Redeem' and a pop -up box will give you the opportunity to select 'Post these to me' should you prefer not to collect your offer(s) in person. Click confirm to complete.
  • How do I collect my offer(s) in person?
