(Arrivals and registration from 9.30 a.m.)
This is a free event for older people in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead with lunch available afterwards
How fit are you? Could you improve your health? Do you know what your blood pressure reading is?
Do you receive all the benefits that you are entitled to? Are your finances in order? Have you completed a living will?
Do you know how to stay safe at home and in the community? Can you volunteer to help others?

DON’T BE BORED in the summer holidays, take part in our Dream Scheme activities to make your neighbourhood a nicer place and earn a free day of watersports at Longridge Activity Centre.
Join in with three activities on 3rd, 10th, 11th, 19th August to earn your free day out, or join in to have some fun and learn about Safety in your neighbourhood.
