The awareness session gives young people a grounding in managing an incident and the most commonly needed first aid skills. Various activities which young people can take part in, helping each other in an emergency or if they have hurt themselves. For Example; Learning how to bandage a cut or resuscitate someone unconscious (Resusci Anne) The Awareness Session lasts 2 hours.
