After most of my working life being spent firstly in the RAF followed by a lengthy period with the Air Ministry (later M.O.D Air). I spent short periods in local government as a “casual” covering holidays sickness and elections.
I felt that the latter would but me in a good stead to join the newly created MDHA residents group on its formation during 1995, which I found most interesting and to be able to express my views on housing matters in general and particularly maintenance matters and anti-social behaviour. I remain interested in aviation and in air craft in general and I am an honorary life long member of the West London Flyers Club in White Waltham.
