Go smoke free in 2010

Solutions4Health is working in partnership with the NHS to offer free stop smoking clinics every Monday throughout January 2010 at Maidenhead & District Housing Association offices in Waldeck Road, Maidenhead. Qualified staff will be on hand to give advice on weight and stress management, healthy eating and diabetes. There will also be one to one sessions to offer support and free nicotine replacement products such as patches and chewing gum. Just turn up - The clinics will be held in the Mobile Office car park from 9am to 4pm every Monday in January.
