We value your time and your opinions, so you can collect points for being involved and then spend them on the treats you deserve - it's that simple.

If you are a Housing Solutions resident you can become a member. All you need to do is create an account using your tenancy reference number, name, address and email.

If your details change, for example you move house, please contact us so we can make sure that we transfer your points balance community.liaison@housingsolutions.co.uk

Once you have setup an account you can check your points balance at any time by going to the members page. To spend the points you have collected click on the item you want to buy and let us know whether you will collect the voucher or want it posted to you.

Postage: We will send all vouchers recorded (signed for) delivery to make sure they get to you safely. This will be done free of charge.

Collection: Alternatively, you can collect your vouchers from our reception during our office opening hours.
